The program Microsoft Outlook won't open on my computer

If you cannot open the software Microsoft Outlook, you can try the following:

• Restarting your computer.
• Make sure the software is up to date. You can open microsoft Word and check for updates there which should update all Microsoft products including Outlook.
• Check to see if you can access email online at https://outlook.office.com/
• Create a support ticket if all else fails.
